It is located 62 miles west of Worcester and 40 miles north west of Hereford, for further details please see the ‘contact us’ section of their website. We have selected the hotel for a variety of good reasons: It is ideally situated; over the years it has been the preferred event hotel for a great number of historic car clubs; it specialises in supporting events such as ours; it is a 5th generation entirely independent business; its 4 star facilities and comforts are of a high standard. The arrangement we have negotiated offers a highly competitive price – only a little more than a good standard B&B!

The accommodation terms with the hotel are as follows: –

Standard double room rate £72 per person per night (assuming two occupants)

Single room rate £82 per person per night

Single occupancy of a double room £93 per person per night
The above rates are per person and include breakfast (traditional or continental), evening meal, access to the Spa facilities and parking.

Please note. The reference to an evening meal is for the evening before the bed and breakfast.

So for instance, Fridays Bed and breakfast would include

Friday nights evening meal and then Bed and Breakfast for Friday night.

 

It is possible to upgrade to a superior room, in which case the following supplements apply:-

Superior rooms £10 per room per night

Tower Suite rooms £20 per room per night

The weekend has been planned on the basis that all entrants will be staying at The Metropole Hotel, where currently we have an allocation of 60 rooms. If our allocation is exhausted by the time you contact the hotel you will need to make alternative accommodation arrangements. In that event we can provide you with a list of possible alternative B&B or hotel accommodation as well as the tariff for taking evening meals at the hotel.

Details of who to contact at the hotel and the reference to quote when making your booking will be sent to you after we have received your Entry Form. Accommodation is not included in your entry fee and you are responsible for paying the hotel directly. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person will be payable when you reserve your room.

Single room £55.00 bed and breakfast per person

Double or Twin Standard Room £90.00 bed, breakfast and evening meal per couple

Double or Twin Executive Room £100.00 bed, breakfast and evening meal per couple

Double or Twin Tower Room £110.00 bed, breakfast and evening meal per couple.
